This Green Bay woman found just the right prank for her husband on April fool’s day.
Maureen Pritchard planned this along with her mother and sister. The three ladies are prolific online shoppers and they saved up six months worth of Amazon boxes for the prank day.
On April 1st, Maureen taped them up together and put them outside the front door of her home. Seeing this her husband Rob thought that her beloved wife did some SERIOUS online shopping.
She shared the whole incident on a Facebook post that now has over 3000 shares. She said:
“I’ve been planning an April Fools joke to play on Rob for MONTHS!! I got him good! I wish I would have continued to record right away when he came in the house. When he saw me recording out the window I thought he realized that it was a joke, but when he came inside he kept asking, ‘What IS all that?!?’ I had to explain that it was 6 months of saved boxes, from us, my parents and my sister!”
She recorded Rob as he pulled in the driveway astonished by the sight of all the boxes and got out of the car.
Rob Pritchard told CBS 58 News, “What was going through my head when I drove in the driveway was ‘Oh my gosh, what did she do now?'”
The video hit nearly 800,000 views since April 1st of 2019!
Another video shows Rob silently walking away and shaking his head completely stunned by the scene.
“And so he came inside and I said ‘April Fools’ and he kept asking me what’s in all of them and I said ‘Rob, honey. They’re empty!’”
