Adrienne Osuna is a fitness blogger. The main focus of her blogs is on weight training. Adrienne has struggled for years with her weight but she finally got serious about her health a few years back.
She adopted a rigorous schedule of cardio, power lifting, and intermittent fasting in order to gain muscle, lose weight, and kick ass.
And while her personal regimen might seem a little too ambitious to many, her story is truly inspiring.
She recently posted an image on her blog pointing out that weight is a misleading goal. The post quickly got viral. She posted a before-and-after picture that shows her body before and after she started working out.

By looking at the post, one can witness a complete physical transformation but what is even more amusing is the weight Adrienne has in both the pictures. The difference is that of a staggering one pound.
Oh yes, the confusion of this being two pounds as shown in the post. After the image got viral, Adrienne explained that she was actually a pound heavier in the after photo. But that post has since been made private.
Adrienne explains about this by saying that she reclaimed her image back because it had been used in advertisements for weight loss products, and that’s not why she posted the image.
She wrote on Instagram, “But I DID NOT use anyone’s products to do this. This was all hard work in the gym lifting heavy weights and intermittent fasting.”
Kudos to Ms. Osuna for teaching this important lesson to the world that fitness isn’t about a number. It is about having awesome muscles which you can use to punch a hole through a plaster wall.
