Clutter can be called such a significant number of things. The most fundamental meaning of clutter could be a “chaotic mass of things lying around”. There are numerous individuals or who like a neat and clean home but on the other side, there are many who live in a messy and unkempt condition. How would they do it?

women react more to clutter in their homes than men do. They found that women in cluttered homes have higher levels of cortisol, which is a stress hormone.

Here are some tips you can follow to eliminate clutter:
- Ask your family to involve in cleaning. In case you’re without anyone else, begin with one space at a time before you proceed to another so you don’t get overwhelmed.
- Make a particular space for your things so you will probably keep the thing in its assigned space. It’s best to keep things in closed spaces so you don’t have to look at it.
- Throw all the thing that are not in use or if you have not opened it or used it in a year.
- clean up the mess immediately after you make it. It will give you a little sense of pride when you return to it.
