Disney star wars theme park is about to complete and these pictures are fascinating

At a reported cost of $1bn and spread over a massive 14 acres of the land zone, Star Wars: Galaxy Edge is due to open on August 29th, 2019 and it already looks pretty amazing.

If you look at the photos that have been taken of the development at Disney’s first amusement park in Orlando, Florida, you can truly get an impression of the sheer size of the new addition.

Look at the scale of that car park next to it – it’s going to be massive.

Star wars universe buildings can be easily recognizable in the pictures, there is a load of cranes and diggers that can be spotted making some astonishing and technologically advanced rides to excite visitors to the new development.

As you can see there is also a scale replica Millennium Falcon, Han Solo’s spacecraft.

With advanced futuristic rides and amusements, the park is likewise going to have various eateries and restaurants with Star Wars inspired names like Ronto Roasters and Oga’s Cantina.

Ideally, they’ll have the iconic cantina band on show as well.

These restaurants will be the first venue that Disney has ever made that will sell alcohol as well.

If you not like Florida, there will be a similar Star Wars land opening up across the USA at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

It seems the admission to these parks is not going to cheap

If you want to get into Star Wars: Galaxy Edge it’ll set you back $104  for a ticket that gets you into one of the parks for one day.
