Anti vaxxers are the talk of the internet for one reason or the other but the topic of today’s story is a lot worrisome. In Washington state, one anti-vaxx mother was looking for assistance to protect her 3-year-old daughter from the measles outbreak and she decided to turn to internet for help.
She wrote in a group named Vaccine Education Network: Natural Health Anti-Vaxx Community,“My 3-year-old is not vaccinated and there is currently a measles outbreak in my state. Any suggestions for precautions I can take to protect her would be very much appreciated.”
The unfortunate part is that there is not tried and tested method with which can be applied to protect people from infectious diseases. Measles having been gone for good since 2000 is now raising its ugly head thanks to the recent rise in unvaccinated children. Another good reason why the anti-vaxx movement must be confronted and stopped for the good of public health.
Undoubtedly the mom certainly must have gotten a response as the post was widely shared. Even though the situation is serious and anti vaxx movement is a cause of concern but some of the comments shared by people are truly hilarious.
Sometimes humor can what teach the blind people to start paying attention to the logic and stop endangering their children in future. Scroll down and get ready to see some black humor.
